At Getters, we want you to feel at home with every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible home goods. If your new decor or furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help you find a better match.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Getters account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box, covering any existing delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
